1. Do tin can labels have to be removed?  No
2. Can the tin can lids be recycled even if they are sharp?  Yes, just push into the can.
3. How clean do jars, cans and bottles need to be?  Lightly rinsed such as swishing them in your dirty dishwater before you drain it.  They just need not to contain food or heavy residue.  Don’t waste water and soap by over-cleaning them.
4. Are screw tops ok to leave on wine bottles?  Yes
5. Are clean plastic produce shells (ie strawberries) OK?  No
